LoveThatImprovVO - Cancellation Policy
All cancellation communications should be delivered via email, from us and from you.
Our emails are Improv@LoveThatRebecca.com and Assistant@LoveThatRebecca.com.
LoveThatImprovVO will strive to run workouts, classes or workshops as scheduled.
Purchase of any services provided from LoveThatImproVO means you accept this policy.
Please be sure of your availability before signing up. We have a limited number of spaces available and we keep attendance limited on purpose, to give the maximum amount of attention to each participant.
If you cancel:
If you absolutely can’t attend your purchased event, please inform us ASAP via email.
Group workouts: You may cancel before commencing the month or package you buy. If you purchase the single workout 'drop-in' and do not attend, there is no refund. Group workouts operate on calendar months. Fees are non-refundable if the month / package has commenced for the month / package purchased. If you are unable to attend any individual week of the calendar month you registered for, there is no refund or carrying forward for the week you miss. This does not apply to special classes/workshop events, which are explained below.
Special Class or Workshop events: You may cancel up to 10 days before the start date to receive a full refund. Any cancellation made less than 10 days before the start date will not receive a refund.
The first time you cancel, fees can be applied toward the next scheduled class / workshop. After one reschedule, if you cancel or want to reschedule again, you will have to purchase a new registration. This does not apply to weekly group workouts, which are explained above.
If we cancel:
There are times when circumstances beyond our control cause us to cancel or reschedule events. Should this happen, we will give you as much notice as possible. In all of these events, we cannot be responsible for ancillary expenses incurred, exclusive of our fees.
Special Class or Workshop events: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the events we create. If we cancel or reschedule a class or workshop, we offer you a choice to either receive a full refund, or you can apply your paid funds towards the next available class/workshop. This does not apply to weekly workouts. Please see next paragraph regarding workouts.
Drop-in / single purchase: If we cancel on the day you were scheduled, we will work with you to reschedule or refund you.
3 Month package and Monthly subscription: All packages are based on calendar months. We guarantee 3 workouts minimum per calendar month or your fees will be refunded for that month. As long as we deliver 3 workouts per calendar month, we reserve the right to offer no more than 3 workouts within a calendar month.
We will do our utmost to avoid cancellations and provide consecutive weekly workouts as much as possible, for every month.
